TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT US

PJB Specialist Infrastructure Testing & Materials Verification provides comprehensive site, friction, and laboratory analysis services for commercial airfields, military runways, roads, and related infrastructure projects worldwide.

2. SERVICES

We deliver specialist testing and analysis services as agreed in writing between PJB and the Client. All work is performed in accordance with relevant industry standards and applicable regulations in the jurisdiction where services are provided.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client shall:
- Provide safe access to test sites and relevant project documentation
- Ensure all necessary permissions, consents, and regulatory approvals are obtained before testing commences
- Designate a point of contact for project communication
- Provide accurate information regarding site conditions and environmental hazards

4. REPORTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PJB retains ownership of all testing methodologies, equipment, and processes. Reports prepared by PJB are prepared for the Client's exclusive use. Reproduction or distribution to third parties requires prior written consent.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PJB's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the value of fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim. PJB shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or lost profit damages.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of commercially sensitive information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. LIMITATION PERIOD

Any claim arising from our services must be notified within 12 months of service completion.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by English law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

PJB reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
